During the Summer months WBL exclusively offers an all-inclusive resort experience and in the Fall and Spring we are open to Weddings and Events. When we aren’t hosting those programs and events we hope you can come relax and unwind with us on White Birch Lodge’s beautiful, secluded shoreline on Elk Lake. Our grounds are breathtaking year-round and it is always a wonderful time to enjoy the quiet splendor of Northern Michigan. Guests are welcome to bring their own sports equipment and get active on the lake or on the grounds. Plus our area offers plenty of year round activities to experience, including biking, hiking, shopping, skiing, and much more!

Lodging Rates

We require a minimum two or three night stay, depending on the time of year. These rates reflect the standard number of guests per unit. Extra guests in units will require an additional fee.

Summer Rates

The following information will be helpful for you as you choose what is best for your family’s needs:

    • Condominiums are the ONLY units that have AC & TV. AC can be added so some units for an additional fe
    • Boat Mooring: $45 per day
      • We ask that you DO NOT bring your personal watercraft or jet skis
      • Not available November–May
    • No pets—unfortunately you must leave your furry friends at home!
    • Full deposit refundable with 30 days notice prior to scheduled vacation. We reserve the right to hold your payment until after the date of your scheduled arrival. No refund for late arrival or early departure.
    • Gratuity not included
    • Require deposit of 1 night stay
    • Condominiums require an additional $200 security deposit.
    • Credit cards accepted—Cash or check preferred
    • Balance due day of arrival
    • All prices subject to 6% Michigan sales tax
