This program features a full week stay; from Saturday to Saturday, with three meals daily, and countless activities included.

These rates are per adult and are all-inclusive. Children ages 3–12 are half price, and under 3 are free! We are excited to offer 10% off for first-time guests in 2025! Rates subject to change.

Lodging Details
Off-Season Rates

The following information will be helpful for you as you choose what is best for your family’s needs:

    • Powersports Package Options (this is for all watersports pulled by our MasterCraft ski boats):
      • The Complete Package—includes Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, & Tubing: $305 per person
      • Tubing Only: $225 per person
    • Boat Mooring: $150 per week
      • We ask that you don’t bring your personal watercraft (jet skis)
    • No pets—unfortunately you must leave your furry friends at home!
    • Full deposit refundable with 120 days notice prior to scheduled vacation. We reserve the right to hold your payment until after the date of your scheduled arrival. No refund for late arrival or early departure.
    • Gratuity not included.
    • Condominiums require an additional $200 security deposit.
    • Credit cards accepted — Cash or check preferred
    • $800 per adult & $400 per child deposit
    • Balance due day of arrival
    • All prices subject to 6% Michigan sales tax
    • Summer rates run Saturday to Saturday
    • Weekly rate includes 3 MEALS A DAY and ACTIVITIES
    • Partial week reservations are only available a week prior to arrival and are subject to availability.
