Our staff is made up of college students from all over the country. Many grew up vacationing at White Birch Lodge with their families. Working on staff allows them to give back some of the fun and enjoyment they had as kids. You'll find that they truly enjoy their job and love to show guests a great time!
They are all well trained in every area. You'll see them in the water teaching and encouraging water skiers, wakeboarders, sailors, and tubers. They'll be on the docks ready to help with boats, in the dining hall serving your meals, at children's program having fun with the kids, and all over the grounds helping to make sure you have the most memorable vacation ever!
