We offer several different types of accommodations to best fit the many families we serve.
All units are within 50 yards of the astonishing blue waters of beautiful Elk Lake and are situated conveniently close to the activities we offer.

Condominiums (units 101-506) offer premier lodging. These 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units have breathtaking views. Each unit has an open living room, dining room and kitchen. Cable TV, air conditioning, and laundry facilities are a few amenities the condominiums offer.
Townhouses (units 91-94) are situated right on the beach. They are two story, two bedroom units. The bedrooms are located on the upper level with balconies overlooking the views. Each unit has a full bath up and a half bath downstairs. The lower level has a living room and kitchen.
Cabins (units 13-15) are individual units overlooking the grove and Elk Lake. They are cinderblock constructed offering 1 or 2 bedrooms, private baths and a screened-in front porch.
The Conrad House (units 41-47 & 51-55) offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom hotel style units, each with private baths. Most include a porch or balcony. The larger units also have living rooms. Unit 46 provides a kitchen and fireplace.
The Lodge (units 21-26 & 31-38) offers 1 and 2 bedroom units, most with private baths and good views. Units 31-34 have a half bath and shared shower. Units 35-38 each have private baths. The dorm (units 21-26) is located on the upper level of the Lodge. These simple 1 bedroom, shared bath units offer comfortable sleeping with daily housekeeping service to the baths.
